Students will make flower leis, leaf leis, ribbon leis (yarn leis), seed leis, and shell leis. Students start by growing their own fresh flowers and plants, and finish the lei using materials they have grown themselves. Seed leis and shell leis are made by drilling holes using an electric drill and a drill. You will learn multiple types of methods for each of these weaving techniques.
