土曜日レッスン

金曜日に引き続き ’Uwehe特訓!!

踵をあげて重心を維持した’Uweheのスタイルで、ピョンピョンうさぎ跳び。

今はほとんど見られないウサギ跳び、昔は学校の部活でも特訓として、よくやらされてました(^^;

懐かしくもありTryしたものの、膝は伸びバランスは崩れてキツイ~。

安定した’Uweheの体勢はとても大切なので、皆さん下半身が壊れないよう加減して練習しましょうね!!
